How Can I order a MOVA Freedom Ride Jacket?

Kickstarters functions following a pledge for reward logic. You are basically pre-ordering a reward (=product) by pledging its price. You will not be charged until the campaign ends.

  1. You have to pledge for a reward you want.

  2. To pledge for a reward click here or on the corresponding “Back this project” buttons on the right side of the project page.

  3. Select the reward you want in return for your pledge. Select the country you want it shipped to and finish the pledge.

That’s it! Once the campaign ends we will send you a survey for your size, color and style options. You will then receive your stuff in September.

How do I select my size and color?

We will send out a SURVEY shortly after the campaign is finished to collect all information regarding your pledge. At that point, you will be able to specify your style(s), size(s) and color(s), as well as providing information like your shipping address.

Rewards: Can I change my pledge and my reward?

Yes ! Just follow those instructions:

  1. Click the “Manage My Pledge” button at the top of the page.
  2. Select a new reward & that’s it.

Rewards: Can I pledge more than once?

No. On Kickstarter, it’s only possible to pledge to a project once from a single account. Accordingly, backers can only choose one reward type per pledge. You can, however, change your pledge amount and reward selection for as long as a project is live. If you’re interested in more than one products, check our Combo Offers.

Exchange and Return Policy?

You’re not happy with your order or you ordered the wrong size? That’s what happens next:

If the campaign is still running: As long as the campaign is running, Kickstarter doesn’t charge you. This means, you can cancel your order at any time without paying anything.

Changing size: -You receive your reward and the size doesn’t fit: if the product is still new, you can change it. Contact us, send us the gear back, and we will send you a new product directly at home. You will have the shipping, and the possible taxes.

-You receive your reward, and we made a mistake with the size or the even the shipped product(s): you get our apologies, and we will fix the problem as soon as possible. You won’t have anything to pay.

I want to return the product: -You received your reward and do not want it anymore: if the product is still new, we will refund it. Contact us, send us the product, and we will transfer your money back. *Unfortunately we cannot change or refund used products.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
